EE3 Amount Paid

My apologies if this has been answer, but none of the threads seemed to fit my situation. Somehow while adding a new payment of $130 the amount payed ended up as $1214 when it should be $477. The field to change amount paid seems to be read-only. I’ve read about needing transaction IDs and that seems to be in the field.

Hi, the amount that is entered is calculated as an adjustment against the current pricing/ticket option.

Here is an example of how to apply a $50 payment against a balance of $50:
