EE3 – Administrator Emails

I do not seem to be getting registration emails to my admin email address.

Wondering about where this email comes from. Assuming it is from the Primary contact email field under general settings.

Also, is this email automatically copied on all event registrations?

Please let me know.

Hi there,

The emails get sent via the wp_mail() function. The From field will be what’s set in the Primary contact email field. Depending on what’s set there, and your email client/service’s filters, your admin emails may end up getting blocked or not allowed through a spam filter.

You can install an email logging plugin so you’ll know whether the emails are actually being sent or not.
