Hi,
We are wanting to display the Venue Room in the venue information when a person registers. Currently when setting up a Venue, you can give the name of the venue ie Grand Hyatt, however is there the ability to also put in the Room details/name?

Hi Mike,
The venue details are displayed on the single event page so you could add it to the venue description.
You could also create a custom registration approved email (https://eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-create-a-custom-message-template/) and then include that information in the email via this shortcode:
[VENUE_DESCRIPTION]

Another idea is to add it to the venue name:
Grand Hyatt — (in the Ballroom)

Hi,
Thanks for the information. Can you please tell me where the Venue Description field would be found? As when looking at setting up a venue, I don’t see a field called that. There are only the specific fields shown in the Right Setting Column.
Also, where are not using EE email process, as all communication goes out via Infusionsoft and the EE Infusionsoft integration.
Also, as the Hotels can have multiple rooms, where are not wanting to put the room within the venue name.

Also, as the Hotels can have multiple rooms, where are not wanting to put the room within the venue name.
So to make sure I understand, you want a single venue with different rooms and have the ability to select a specific room within the venue for individual events?
If so then without any custom coding your going to need to create multiple instances of the venue, one for each ‘room’. Then you can select a specific room within the venue for each event.
