Hi there, sorry for the delayed response. My first hit at this is to look at caching on the server. I checked the response headers on your site and it looks like you have a mix of both cache and no-cache parameters. For instance, cache-control: max-age=600, must-revalidate indicates that cached resources are valid for 600 seconds (10 minutes). That can mean that your site is using outdated information or stale data to process transactions. That type of setting can be a culprit in this situation. It looks like you’re using WP Engine hosting. Here is a guide to ask them to disable caching for your ecommerce site: https://support.eventespresso.com/article/433-how-to-setup-wpengine-hosting-for-event-espresso Once they have that set up, please report back if you still have any further issues. |

Hi Garth, Thanks for sharing this with us. I’ve asked WPe support to add those pages to the exclude list. Is it possible to completely hide/remove this support ticket. I unknowingly shared screenshots with info I prefer not visible to just anyone. Thank you |
