We are experiencing transaction issues on our site, we do still get successful entries but we would like to share a couple issues that happened over the holidays.
My first hit at this is to look at caching on the server. I checked the response headers on your site and it looks like you have a mix of both cache and no-cache parameters. For instance, cache-control: max-age=600, must-revalidate indicates that cached resources are valid for 600 seconds (10 minutes). That can mean that your site is using outdated information or stale data to process transactions.
That type of setting can be a culprit in this situation.
