If I am logged into WordPress and viewing frontend pages, it looks and works fine. If I log out or view from a private window, the display is broken, icons are missing, and layouts are not right. I see that the difference in the Console > Network file list is that the logged out view (aka public visitor) does not load /wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/templates/global_assets/css/espresso_default.css or /wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/modules/ticket_selector/assets/ticket_selector.css files. I do not have any caching plugins. Why would a login visitor see something different than a logged out visitor? Please advise.
