I’m running test trial events and enabled the sandbox feature. The Visa sandbox number in the option is “4127143344648082” but every time I try to use it the little gear keeps spinning and doesn’t stop. Then I get a default email that the card was declined.
If I am in sandbox mode can I use my own Visa card? However don’t know why EE sandbox card would decline, haha.

Hi there,
You actually need to change your payment settings to use a PayPal sandbox account’s credentials. Enabling the sandbox feature without a sandbox account will result in declines. Here’s a link to PayPal’s guide about creating sandbox accounts:
