When client drills down into payment detail on Stripe’s dashboard, she’s seeing registrant’s email address where name should be. Is this a known issue? See screenshot linked below:

Hello,
If you update the payment method to collect the billing address, then that information will be collected and used instead of the email address.
Login to your WP dashboard and go to Event Espresso –> Payment Methods –> Stripe.
Scroll down and look for the Collect the user’s billing address option and enable it by setting it to yes. Then immediately save changes to the payment method.
Stripe will then collect the billing address which includes a name when processing the payment and this information will then show up within the transaction in Stripe.

A follow up, Lorenzo:
Within the payment received email notification, client would like to see attendees who have registered with the payment and their registration IDs. (See screenshot)

I did not see a way to include registration ID within custom templates. Is this possible?

Hello,
There isn’t currently a shortcode for showing the registration ID. However, are you using the registration approved message type?
That goes out to the event admin after a successful registration — free or paid and it includes the names of the registrants/attendees.
