I just recently updated my EE to 4.9.39, and was testing the sellout function within an event, but now the events are not displaying correctly. When I change it to private or from sold out, nothing is changed. I also have 2 pages and it’s not allowing me to change from the page I’m on. When I click the other page or the arrow, it continues to display the same page. Help, please as we have our registration on Tuesday. Thanks!

Update…so now it’s showing the changes in the individual events, but the page selection/arrow is still not working.

Another update: I logged out of wordpress and went to the registration link and I’m still seeing “Private” events.

sorry for all the posts, but now it seems to be displaying correctly. I just restarted my computer, but before doing so I check the site on my phone and it was showing the same “private” events. But, I’m guessing that restarting my computer might have fixed the issues? Again, sorry for all the posts and if you have any idea what was going wrong let me know. As I mentioned we have our registration on Tuesday so I was a little panicked.

Hi Erin,

Can you link me to the pages you are viewing so I can check this?

It sounds like your site has caching enabled and its causing problems, but I need to see the pages to know what is happening.

Hi Tony,

The page is http://bwayboundnc.com/event-list-2/. It happened again yesterday, but then cleared itself. Nothing is different with our site and I haven’t had this before, but definitely don’t want any of our customers to have that page cached.

Hi Erin,

You should contact the host/server support staff to see if they can deactivate the caching there. The page you gave us a link to has an indication that it’s being served from a cache:

https://redbot.org/?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fbwayboundnc.com%2Fevent-list-2%2F

X-Cache: HIT: 4
