EE not using postmark to send emails

I’ve uploaded and installed the Postmark plugin, verified the sender signature and everything else on that side, but EE is still not using Postmark to send emails, as they aren’t being shown on the Postmark site. Sending a test email works, but when testing event emails it doesn’t use Postmark. Any thought?

Hi Graham,

If you so to Settings -> EE Email Transactions Settings.

Do you have the ‘Send using Postmark’ option checked?

Can you check the Mandril settings and make sure the ‘Send using Mandrill’ option is not also checked?

Hi Tony,

I have Send Using Postmark checked and there is nothing checked in the Mandrill settings.

Hi Graham,

Just to confirm, you’ve create a server within Postmark, input the API key for that server within the EE Transaction Plugin (under ‘Postmark API Key’), added a Sender Name and the email address that you have confirmed within Postmark to ‘Sender Email Address’?

Yes I did all of that. I fixed it though, as I just had to use the native WP Postmark plugin as well and now it all works nicely.
