EE not sending ticket by email

When someone purchase a ticket, they are never sent an ticket via email. They can only download it. The customer do receive an email with his payment confirmation though.

Hi Rohan,

Does the payment track within Event Espresso?

Do the registrations update to be ‘Approved’ when the payment is made or do they stay as pending payment?

The payment confirmation email, is that from your site or from the payment gateway?
