EE not sending emails after update

After updating the EE plugin to the last version, problems with sending emails occurred.

As you can see in the picture, the EE generates a message but does not get the email that the message needs to be delivered.


Any help, please?

Hi there,

The screenshot is actually showing that the messages are not even generating the message. Does your site have wp_cron() disabled? (some hosts and developers do this in an attempt to speed up the site).

What may help in this case is to go to Event Espresso > Messages > Message Settings and set the the option for emails to be sent on the same request.
