EE not accepting paypal authorization

We have been using EE for awhile, and updated to EE4.2. We’ve been notified a few times that after paypal accepts the purchase, EE fails to approve it and issue any information.

Hi Cory,

Could you share the version number that you are running? This information can be found in WP-admin –> Plugins –> Event Espresso.

Also, are you seeing this issue with PayPal Standard or PayPal Pro?
