I have been trying unsuccessfully to put the new API keys into EE 5.0.33.p. It accepts the API legacy key but not the new keys. Keap has gives us till 31 Jan to make this work. Can someone please assist? |

Hi there, We’ve pushed an update for the add-on to fix this, please update to version 2.2.4.p of the Infusionsoft/Keap add-on. If you don’t see the update available on your site, go to Event Espresso -> General Settings and just hit save whilst making no changes. That will force an update check for you, and it should show in Dashboard -> Plugins. |

Hi Tony! |

To give some more context here : Once the upgrade was done on the Addon, it stopped showing the Instance needed and just showed a Blank Key field entry. |

Pushed a new version of the Keap add-on (2.2.5.p) to fix the above error. My apologies for any inconvenience caused by the error. |

Oh, yeah, I see. The key is valid for one domain, so the license server sees the staging site as a separate domain. Currently, we don’t have a way to assign a staging site to a specific domain; the license server accounts for some common domain formats but not the one you are using. This is something we are looking to change within the license server but currently you’ll need to update manually on the staging site if keeping the key in use on the live site. |

i just updated the plugin to 2.2.5p. The new addon interface did not show me a way to insert the instance ID. I went ahead and add the new SAK and it accepted it. Thats a change and a positive one. |
