Yes, the Mailchimp API does work properly. We successfully tested registering for an event, and that subscriber was successfully added to Mailchimp.
The problem started after we added Mailchimp Groups and Extra Field. Then, any new attempts to register for an event resulted in no Subscribers being added to Mailchimp.
Note: In EE4, double opt-in is set to “on”, but no “Please Confirm Subscription” email was ever sent.

Hello,
You should see the groups along with the form fields like this in the event editor:

Then when a registration takes place, Event Espresso will start the opt-in process by triggering the email from MailChimp.

Thanks, Lorenzo. All the MailChimp stuff works now. I’m not sure how it got fixed; I’m guessing from our updating the WooThemes Canvas theme.
