Hi there, Thanks . . . E. |

Hi there, Unfortunately, we do not currently have a direct Constant Contact integration add-on at this time. There is an integration available for WPFusion which then integrates with Constant Contact (amongst many other platforms): https://wpfusion.com/documentation/events/event-espresso/ Will that work for you? |

Hello But until you guys will offer the plugin we will just have to make do with what’s available. So what I have done in the past I exported the registrants using the “All registrants CSV report” and then manually import that into CC. But now I have a new problem: Thanks . . . Erika. |

I can understand the disappointment and there are a few reasons we haven’t developed an add-on for constant contact. Demand for a constant contact integration is not all that high with our users, we track requests for it and the current number stands at 10, as you can imagine we have to prioritize our development time on features with higher numbers of requests. To put that into perspective we’ve been heavily focused on the recurring events manager which is currently ~120 requests although we stopped actively counting requests when we started working on it. With the recurring events manager come changes required within EE4 core to accommodate (lots of changes to how the event editor works) so that’s also been included because it was necessary. So low demand for a CC integration with much higher demand for recurring events etc is part of it. WordPress forced changes within core which forced us to change gears and focus on changes required within EE4 core to accommodate, again forces us into work on areas we didn’t plan to at the time. Full integration with CC takes a fair amount of planning and learning the API for their service, and obviously that’s possible but it takes a significant amount of development time, planning, wireframing, discussions, learning, development, testing and support for an additional add-on like that. That would then meet the demand for roughly 10 users currently. Just to clarify here, I’m not saying we wont develop an integration for it at some point, but just wanted to provide some additional perspective on a popular plugin when compared to the demand from our users 🙂
Does it just output a bunch of text onto the page or do nothing at all? Generally, it would just save wherever your browser is set to download all files, which browser are you using? |

Hello Tony Regarding the Registrant CSV Report, I would like to thank you so much for asking me about the browser we are using. We are generally using Brave and its working well most of the time; but this is one of the instances that it didn’t work. When I tried generating the CSV report in Firefox it worked just fine. Duh … I should have thought about that earlier but … So, many thanks for giving my brain a push start. :):):) We are all good for now and let you go so you can help others . . . smile, Erika. |
