Good day. I need some help. I’m currently using EE3 with the IS integration.
Important contacts are showing up as “non-marketable”. I need them to be added as “unconfirmed” so I can run an event reminder sequence (that is not a marketing sequence) and a cancellation & refund sequence (also not a marketing sequence).
I am true beginner when it comes to coding so I could use some explicit advice in a step-by-step fashion so I can make this work. Specifically, what code to use and exactly where to put the code.
I appreciate any assistance the community can provide.

Hey David,
Sorry I missed this. I think this is something that you will need to set up in your Infusionsoft account. Do you have an IS representative that you are currently working with? That person may be able to help with that. If they recommend adding code to your EE3 install, please let me know.
