EE Importer not importing csv file

I have used the plug-in EE importer many times but now it won’ work. In step 3, I choose the csv file and it is listed. When I click next, the page refreshes and no file is listed. I’ve tried uploading a different file and the same occurs.

EE Version 4.10.32.p
Event Espresso – Importer (EE 4.10.0+)

I’m actually experiencing the same. I have tried deactivating and activation the EE and the EE Importer but nothing happened. I would be very interested to hear the solutions from EE support team.
