EE Edit Billing Information Not Working

The link https://eventespresso.com/users/sistercircle/edit/?updated=true#account_billing_info is not working. I can’t edit my billing details. When I click on it, the page refreshes but no billing information appears so can’t edit. Please can you look into this for me?

Chrome latest on mac.

Hi there,

May I ask, where are you clicking to get the above?

To update your billing info you go to your account page: https://eventespresso.com/users/sistercircle/#account_billing_info

In the ‘Billing Management’ section, it should show a blue button at the bottom right with the text ‘Update my billing’.

Clicking on that should show a billing form which then allows you to update your details.

Is that how you are getting to the above link you provided?

It seems to be working now since I clicked the link in your message. However before the “account” button at the top left took me here: Where most links were broken.

such as:
Manage my billing information

maybe I hit the wrong url somehow, or got stuck in a cache bug.

Hmm, strange! I’m sorry for the trouble.

I’ll raise a ticket to investigate this further and see if we can reproduce.
