Hi,

We have EE premium packages installed on our site but there seems to be a conflict with the s2member plugin. When the s2member plugin is enabled, some of the EE modules are no longer visible, receiving the ‘From the blog’ message and no other options (e.g. Payment / Calendar settings).

Are there any known issues and fixes?

Thanks

Does the error go away if S2 is deactivated?

Do you have the Permissions add on installed? If so try going to User Roles, and Edit the Administrator and give it the espresso_event_admin capability.

Hi Dean,

Yes, the plugin functions without any problems when s2 is disabled. The Permissions add on is also installed, tried adding the event admin to the Admin role but unfortunately that doesn’t fix it either. The s2 members is also using the pro version if that makes any difference.

Would you mind sending me login details to the site? I don’t have S2Pro and I can’t seem to recreate the issue on my test server.

You can send those details via https://eventespresso.com/contact/ and choose the “I am sending Login info as requested”
