I can open and log into the EE App on my Samsung, but I receive the message “Timestamp received on a request as the value for Date and Time fields must be in RFC3339?iso8601 format. The timestamp provided (2023-09-07T00:00 is not the formate”. Where do I change the Timestamp to the correct one? is it in WordPress? Please advise. btw I am NOT a developer, just a small entrepreneur. |

Hi there, Can you send me temporary login details so I can take a look at the request? If so send them over using this form: |
sent thanks |

Tony, The message came up on my cell phone which is a samsung, I am trying to log into the EE app to get used to using the QRL code for checking in tickets.. Hope this helps. |

Hi there, We’ve not had any login credentials from your account come through, can you retry the link above and I’ll check as soon as you reply to confirm. |
Hello, I can reply |
Can you resubmit your login details here please: |
Thank you. I have submitted the information. Let me know if anything is missing |
Thank you, took a little digging on my end as Windows 11 broke the proxy I use for this… anyway! So the problem is the redirect from HTTP to HTTPS. Within the app if you set The login credentials don’t appear to give access to the Dashbard for me to check this (which is fine) so I’ll ask here. When you go to Dashboard -> Settings -> General. Does the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) field start with HTTP or HTTPS? |
Confirming that our site is https:// |
Also I just tried the app again, and this time it is telling me that my username ( which is correct) is NOT registered on this site. |
Then theres some kind of issue with how the redirect is set up. If I type If I use https://monosnap.com/file/HOvNZDjOjdTpLyCQc9Gs2FjSAsxqgd So the app doesn’t know what to do with that content and throws the above error.
I had the same issue logging directly into you site (not through the app) so I don’t think that’s related to the app itself but something on the site. |
I am completly at a lost, I am not a programmer. I own my own company, and do as much as I can. How do I resolve this? Your app is not connecting with my website, which I have been using EE for about 4 years. Please advise- thank you! |
??? As mentioned, the app is connecting for me if I use So that’s still not working for you? |
ok, I just typed in on the EE app https://childbirthconcierge.com and it still told me it does not recognize my “username”. I then tried using my email in the Login ID area and told me I had too many failed attemps and to wait 19 min. Where can I send you screen shots of what I am experiencing. Thank you for your support. |
That’s from the Limit Login Attempts plugin you have installed on the site, it’s actually completely separate from the app. I’ve just tried logging into the site itself and this time it worked so went to Dashboard -> Settings -> Limit Login attempts and unlocked your IP from there for you. You should now be able to log in again. |
thank you … ok, it is still telling me that Kbradley5 is NOT registered on this site. Is “this site” EE or my WP site? I’ve just tried logging into the site (Tony is this my WP or EE? ) itself and this time it worked so went to Dashboard -> Settings -> Limit Login attempts and unlocked your IP from there for you. You should now be able to log in again. (Tony log in via the EE app?) |

Ok, so that explains where the confusion is coming from here, so to clarify in terms of the app. The app connects directly to your site, it does NOT communicate with EventEspresso.com at all. This means the log in details you use within the app are for your site, NOT the login details you use to log into here at EventEspresso.com So if your setting the Website URL in the app to be https://childbirthconcierge.com The login details you use in the app are for THAT site, whatever you use to log into https://childbirthconcierge.com/wp-admin/ is what you add in the app.
That was on your site.
Correct, using the credentials for that site. |
September 13, 2023 at 12:26 pm Tony that worked, it was a misunderstanding what credentials I needed to use on the EE APP. However now I am locek out of my WP site, it tells me too many failed attemps and has lock me out for 22 hours? I have never seen this. I only logged out to make sure I knew my credentials so I could use them to log into teh EE app. any ideas? |
Thats all from the Limit Login Attempts plugin I mentioned earlier. I am still able to log into your site so I checked for you, it shows no lockouts but I’ve added your IP to the ‘safelist’. Can you try again now? |
no I still cant get in, I just reset my router thinking it might have something to do with the IP address. I am at your mercy at this point 🙂 |
There isn’t much I can help with here, I’ve checked your IP is in the safelist, there are no ‘locked’ IPs etc in the plugin so I don’t know why you are still being limited. Who hosts the site for you? GoDaddy? You could try opening a ticket with them and asking them to investigate as they may be able to see more than I have access to. |

this is the IP showing via the link you provided above to check 72.239.214.80 this is so bizzare! thanks for your help! |
Hi there, Just checking in to confirm if you still have access to your site? |
Thanks for checking in Tony. yes I do, and I turned off the VPN and logged OUT , and was able to log back in just now. Most weird thing ever! lol Thank you again for all your support…now on to learning this EE app, now that we figured how to log in.haha. BTW- maybe on the app when it is time to update, have the login state it is the login credentials for your website – haha. but then maybe that was OBVIOUS to everyone else but me! |

Yeah I can’t explain that one 🙂
Not always, we get a few users thinking it’s credentials for EE.com However, once you know there is absolutely no connection between your data and EventEspresso.com and that the app communicates directly with your site you realise its the site you are connecting yo that you are logging into. We (EventEspresso.com) don’t have access to your data. It’s all on your site so anything you do woth that data is using the login for that site…. not for here. Your credentials for this site are used purely to log in here and access support. |
