I changed my EE password last week and ever since I haven’t been able to log into the EE app.
I am definitely using the right details, I’;ve deleted the app and re installed and still not working.
I have added a couple of new plugins on my wordpress website recently, but deactivated them,tried to log in and still no luck.
Please help!

Hi there,

Your EE.com password? As in the login details you use to post here?
If so those are the incorrect details to use. You need to use the login credentials you use for your own site, the one you have Event Espresso installed on.
The apps communicate directly with your own site and no through us (eventespresso.com).
So before we start troubleshooting further, can you confirm if you are using the credentials for the site itself?

You’re most welcome, I’m glad that worked.
Your eventespresso.com credentials are totally separate from the credentials you use on the mobile apps.
