I’m no longer able to apply payments or refunds, enter a promo code, view and download receipts or see the Stripe transaction #. This has been going on since yesterday. Thank you |

This is on my backend (admin) when I open up a registrants shopping cart. I used to be able to apply payments/refund/promo codes, and could see the Stripe transaction code but none of that is there anymore and this has been going on since May 18. Thanks for your help. |

Unfortunately it does not, nor when I click on the down arrow under billing information. The ability to apply payments, refunds and promo codes has disappeared and I can no longer see the Stripe transaction code either. |
Would of been too easy 😉 What is likely happening is there’s a fatal error being thrown on the page which is preventing those sections from loading correctly. Have you checked the servers error logs for any errors from EE? Open the above page and then check the logs for any errors, anything there?
Yeah, that makes sense because they all show within that Transactions Details section. |
