Hi gang,
So we love the plugin so far. We were wondering if there was a way to re-word the term “Tickets” to something else like “Available Seats” or just remove it completely.
Also, is there a way to not have to have a payment option. We had EE3 for a bit and it allowed the client to register without having to select a payment option. It still sent us the email notification letting us know who the person is. Can EE4 do that?
And Finally, I feel like EE3 gave you more financial reports and the ability to export them into a CSV file. EE4 seems super limited. There is the graph report under “Transactions” but that is it. Anything that we can export? or Print?

It can be added to your child theme’s functions.php file or a site specific plugin.
A payment option is required at this time even if the registration is free. In an upcoming version, the extra click won’t be required if only one payment option is enabled.
Emails should be sent to the event admin and the registrant. If you are having sporadic email troubles, then please setup Postmark or Mandrill:

Better reporting will also be available in a future version of Event Espresso 4.

oh man!
Seems like we need to go back to EE3. Do I just delete EE4 and reinstall EE3? Will I loose anything?

Hi,
It would be best to restore from a database backup as any events that have been created in Event Espresso 4 will not be available in Event Espresso 3 and the information is stored in different database tables.
Is a backup available?
