Hi, I’ve just installed 4.6 after deactivating the previous version and migrating my DB to 4.6. Now I can’t seem to access the following pages: Events,Registrations, Transactions, Messages, Pricing, Registration Form and Venues. The others work fine.

When I try to visit on the broken pages I see the following message in the console

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 http://localhost:8888/sitename/wp-admin/admin.php?page=espresso_events (Internal Server Error)

Any idea how I can fix it?

Hi Kish,

Did you remove the existing version of Event Espresso and then install the new version through WP Plugins?

I deactivated EE3 and then installed EE 4.6. Should I delete the EE3 plugin folders?

Hi Kish,

If you do not plan on using the EE3 plugins anymore you can delete them. Usually a a 500 internal server error means either a) a PHP error or b) your server is low on memory. We have a guide that outlines how to troubleshoot this:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-event-espresso/#wsod

It may also help to delete the version of 4.6 you installed and do a fresh install.
