I am attempting to create a new event however, the description and event title boxes are no longer available. The name of my latest event is Auto Draft because it will not allow me to customize.

Hi Otelo,
First off, I recommend updating to the latest version of EE4. That way, we rule out any version compatibility issues.
Try to rule out any plugin conflicts. Deactivate all non Event Espresso plugins and test to see if the issue is still occurring. If it is not, then we know it is a problem with another plugin. You can then find out which plugin it is by reactivating each plugin individually and testing to see if the problem starts happening after the activation. When it occurs after activating a plugin, then we know this is the culprit.
Also, you can verify whether it is a theme function that is causing the issue. You can check for this by first switching to the TwentyFifteen theme (or any other theme from the wordpress.org theme repository, all of these themes pass a thorough code quality review before inclusion.) Or, you can use the Theme Test Drive plugin to test your theme without switching themes on the frontend: https://wordpress.org/plugins/theme-test-drive/
