I have just upgraded both sites to 3.1.36.6 and my eway gateway is not working, I have checked my uploads folder to ensure there is no old gateway files, both sites have exact issue, once you click on the eway icon in the payment screen it goes no where… please advise on a fix,
Also I was thinking about EE 4.4.8 does it support EWAY now?

Not within EE core, but it is available through Mijireh. You can find more info on the gateways they support here:

Have you had any custom development work done on the eway gateway?
Can you go to Event Espresso -> Payment settings.
Change your eway payment settings are correct and then click Update on the eway gateway. Then retest.

Hi there,
Can you let us know which Eway gateway you are trying to use? Is it the off-site version, or the onsite (rapid 3) version?

I am using the normal off site version, think used to be called eway IPN, not sure if this is a forum disussion, I was the client who worked with seth, sidney and eway to get developed. i was given a advanced copy of 3.1.36 as i reported similar or the same issue when 3.1.35 was around, and sidney i think or someone got a fix and it has been working until, yesterday when i upgraded to wordpress 4.1, and updated all plugins, including the auto upadate to EE. now it is not working, I have checked the following: uploads gateway folder is empty, I removed the main EE plugin, deleted files, then downloaded fresh copy and uploaded, no luck, disabled the eway payment option and added back, still no joy.
my guess is the fix that was working, that was in my advanced copy of EE 3.1.36 was not transfered to the public release version, please check for me.
also I have tested other plugins that communicate the same way woo-commerce to eway and all are still working.
Please advise next course of action, also i have tried on another domain, same issue. plus the problem is nearly or is identical to last time prior to the fix.

just found out that i had a beta version previously supplied Version 3.1.37.A which fixed this issue, but the auto update replaced the version with 3.1.36.6 can you provide instructions or a copy of the fix.
is it just gateway files?

Hi Mick,
The Event Espresso 3.1.37 is available to download from the pre-release channel. You can join the pre-release channel by going to your account page, then you scroll to the bottom, and you check the box to join the pre-release channel. This will update your account and you’ll be able to download the latest build of Event Espresso 3.1.37 from your account page.
