EE 3.1.27.1 calendar event category classes removed?

We are hoping to filter the events calendar with a small jquery DOM select dropdown script that will show/hide based upon event category classes. I know there were provided earlier on but I don’t see classes being applied anymore on the calendar. Has it been commented out in calendar?

Hello Leland, The classes are disabled by default. There is an option in the calendar settings “Enable CSS for Categories” which will enable them, based on the Unique Category Identifier.
