Is there a function that allows the customer to edit his ticket after ordering?

I’va installed the Version: 4.9.80.p

Hi there,

May I ask what exactly you mean by ‘edit his ticket’?

The user can change their registration details (name and questions for example) but not change to a different ticket themselves.

If you want to move a registrant from one ticket to another you (as the admin) can use the attendee mover add-on to do so.
