Help!
I went in and edited the contact details for one of my registrants, and it changed the names of a bunch of other registrants. Now I have no idea who is actually registered for my event!
Is there a way to retrieve archived records or any other way for me to get the original names back? The backup of our entire site/db is about a week old, and all of these transactions have happened since. So going back to the archived version of the site will lose all that data.
I’m at a loss here, and any advice that can be offered up would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi there,
Changing a single EE_Contact’s details will not change other EE_Contacts to then match it…. however, what will happen is that any registration linked to that same ATT_ID (the EE_Contact ID) will now show the updated details.
With regards to the registrations that have now updated to show the updated contact details, how were these registrations created?
