Editing Multiple Registrations

We registered one person for multiple classes and now are unable to edit each class registration separately. In one test, changing the cost of one class resulted in a changed price on the other. And in my most recent test, I can only access the registration edit page for one class – clicking on class 2 redirects to class 1 each time, though the registration IDs are different. Changing the querystring manually in the URL to the “Edit Attendee Data” page for class 2 still leads me back to the attendee data for class 1.

Event Espresso version 3.1.37.6.P
WordPress version WP 4.3.1

Hi, could you share additional feedback on how they were added?

For example, were these manual registrations or were they imported?

Hi, they were manual registrations created by adding classes to the cart.

Thanks.

Hi,

I have another question. It sounds like they were registered through the front-end of the site using the shopping cart feature of the multiple events registration add-on. What is the version number that is in use on your site?

You can find this information in the plugins screen of your WP dashboard.

Also, are you able to reproduce this issue with all events?

We’re using Multi Events Registration Version 1.0.5.p. I’m consistently able to reproduce the problem.

Hello, I’m having trouble reproducing the issue that you described.

Here is what I did:

1) I created two events and then registered for them using the shopping cart

2) I went to the record in the WP dashboard for one of the events and edited the ticket price and saved

3) Then I checked the other record and the pricing was not affected by the earlier change for the ticket from the other event

Is there any custom coding in use on your site (e.g. customization to the cart)?

The function event_espresso_shopping_cart() was customized at some point in order to provide additional information to our credit card processor. Could this be an issue?

Its possible yes.

There are a lot of EE templates saved within /wp-content/uploads/espreso/templates/ on your site. Have those files been modified or just saved to that location?

Try temporarily renaming the above directory to something else, like ‘template-off’, it doesn’t matter what, just as long as its not ‘templates’.

That will stop EE from loading those templates and use the default within core, now run a new registration, does the same happen?

If so can you provide a screenshot that shows what you are seeing please:
