Hi, when we have registrations with multiple attendees and we have to edit individual pieces of information the changes affects all the attendees instead of just the one we tried to edit.
For instance, we change the last name of one attendee it changes it for all the attendees. This also happens for payment information which is the bigger concern of us.
Before you make any edits to a contact record, where you don’t want the edit to apply to all registrations in the transaction, you’ll need to click the “Create Contact” button.
