Here’s the scenario: I have created an event that happens on a certain date and it has a number of different ticket types (adult, children, senior, etc.).

This same event is going to be offered again in two months. I see that I can use the same event and edit all the details, EXCEPT, I can’t see how I should change the ticket sale deadlines (when sales end). The only way I see is to delete the ticket types and recreate them.

Is there a better way to do this?

Yes you can click the Duplicate Event button while editing the original event. Then you edit the ticket sale deadlines and event start/end dates for the new copy of the original event.

Thanks, I figures it out. It was obvious.
But, another question:
This event is for an online course. Here is a link to DropBox containing an image of the event creation screen.

As you see, at the top, I have limited the number of tickets to 15. However, the number 15 appears in front of each ticket category for various provinces in Canada. Does this mean there will be 15 of EACH ticket category available. That’s not what I want. I want a total of 15 tickets to be available.

Hi there,

Your datetime limit is set to 15 so that’s the total amount of ticket sales allowed.

As all of those tickets apply to that one datetime then 15 of any combination of those tickets are available for user to register onto but not 15 of EACH ticket.
