Editing attendee details

There is problem with the admin menu in combination with the seating chart add-on. The field ‘Option’ (price_option in the database) is filled with the seat name and the booking id. However, when editing an attendee’s details in the admin menu, the field is overwritten with ‘General Admission’. Do you have a fix for this?

Thank you for letting us know about this I will get a developer ticket raised to look into and fix this issue.

Hi,

This ticket is currently still outstanding. I have raised the ticket priority, but as always the developers queue work according to their workload and roadmap.
