After setting up new questions and new question groups for this year, out conference coordinator decided to test out the form by registering herself as well as having one other person register as well. After they registered, I was asked by the conference coordinator to change some of the answers to two of the questions (the answers were basically session titles for the attendee to choose, that they wanted to attend). The individuals for two of the sessions changed their subject matter at the last minute, but now I can’t change the titles (answers/options) for those sessions because they already have answers in the database for the questions. I need a best option for this issue as the session titles are no longer the same. It doesn’t appear that either registration was paid, so can I delete the transaction and registration and then be able to change the answers or am I stuck with only being able to recreate the questions and asking them to re-register after they’ve been changed? Or do you have a better suggestion? Registration opens June 1, 2015 so need to figure this out. Thanks!

Hi, once questions have answers linked to them, then they can’t be changed since this could cause issues with any prior registrations that may have taken place.

You can create a new question and save it. Then link it to your question group and unlink the old question by removing the checkmark from it.
