Hi Guys, |

Hi, Try creating a new ticket option with the options that you would like and then delete the old one. — |

Hi Lorenzo, |

Hi Garth, I know what is happening here. A ticket becomes locked when it is in use by at least one event (active event or past event). Are there any other events on the site that may have this ticket in use? — |

Hi, Thanks for trying to help out! I thought that too, so i deleted all events, registrations & transactions (site in development). I have also made sure that no items were left in the trash. So even with an empty data set the padlock was showing… What I did in the end is go into the database table esp_ticket and set the qty and taxible columns to the values i want. So it is okay for me now. It would be good to be able to change the default prices though – and not have them locked to past events as price prices / setups change over time etc. Perhaps I missed something not sure. I would re-install from scratch to see but I’m a little pressed for time at the moment 😉 Thanks again. |

Hi Garth, here is the solution. Go to Event Espresso –> Pricing. You’ll see a list of pricing options on that screen. Click to edit the base ticket price which may be named Free Ticket or Free Admission. Revise the name and then the price and save changes. Now when you create a new event, you’ll see this ticket / pricing option appear as the default option. — |
