We attached an edit registration link in our outgoing payment received message, and for some reason it sometimes isn’t working. We’ve had a few clients tell us they get an error message when visiting the link, a pink box that says, “An error has occured,” and then the rest is obscured by our footer.
Hello, could you copy and paste the contents of that error message into a reply (if its visible)?
