Edit Registrant Contact Info in EE4

One person is the primary contact for two different registrations/transactions. I’m baffled that when I edit her name, it would change the name on Both registrations.

Basically I want to change the attendee on one registration… I read that EE3 has an add-on for reassinging attendees, but we are EE4…

Hi Emily,

What you have there is one contact, with two registrations. The system is designed to sync the one contact to all of their registrations. In order to change a contact, and have it sync to only one registration, you’ll need to capture contact info for each registration.
