Customer registered & Paid for two people and used her name at the time for both attendees. I would like to change one of the names, however the only option I am given for editing is to edit the “edit the contact details”. Please advise
Thank you, follow up question. Since they have already paid with a credit card do we have to change the status of the transaction to incomplete, and refund. Then ask them to repay after we make the corrections to the name Or is there a way to make changes without them having to go through the payment process again?
There is actually an apply payment button that will appear on the transactions screen when viewing a specific transaction (click on the date or ID for a transaction from the transactions overview screen). This could be used for crediting the payment and it looks like this:
Once you click on it, a pop up window will appear. Enter the payment details (e.g. payment amount and method of payment). Then save changes.
