Edit formatting in Message Templates

I’m trying to add more content into the Message Template which are relevant for our event. Frustration has set in..

1) The CO_LOGO is showing in messages but is cut off to a small box area even though the settings area said the logo can be 400 pixels or less in size.

2) I’ve added some additional paragraphs of information into the Email Registration Pending Payment Template and when i send a test, the paragraphs are all squashed up against each other instead of being spaced nicely apart like the first few lines of original content in the message. I’ve tried including <br>, i’ve tried adding a blank line along with a space to force a spare line and nothing is working..

3) The Connect with Us graphics are not working in the messages when they come through and I’m not sure why. And i cannot see how to remove Google+ from the list as it is showing even though I didn’t enter any details in that section.

Hi there,

Do you have a test event I can register onto to view this?

For #1 and #2 I need to see the template but for #3 you edit the message templates and remove Google+ from the template itself – http://take.ms/2OjLa

I don’t have a test event set up. Can you just use the real event and I’ll delete the registration at the end? Link is http://www.iwb.net.au/events/digital/

3) In the templates they show as coloured buttons, but in the received email they are plain text which is almost not visible due to the text and background colour combination. I’ve removed from the templates again and hopefully it will work this time.

If you view the email in anything other than outlook does it work as expected then?

For the CO_LOGO image, when selecting the image are you using the Thumbnail? Right now the email is using a cropped thumbnail version of the image.

Ah ok, you didn’t mention you’d removed it and the change didn’t appear to apply, that means your likely in the wrong context:

Meaning your editing say the Event Admin or Primary Registrant context and then the recipient receives the Registrant context.

If you view the email in anything other than outlook does it work as expected then?

The same happens for me, it looks perfect in windows mail but terrible in MS outlook and unfortunately most of our participants would be using MS Outlook. How can we fix this?

I fixed the CO_LOGO issue so that looks better.
The Google+ Logo is also gone.
