On the ticket section you have “Show Details” |
Hi Tara, If you scroll to the bottom of the page, the same times are listed there. Here’s a screenshot that shows what they look like: https://slack-files.com/T02SY781D-FNPHT72BB-60f0076c3d If you go in and edit the events Datetimes (the Datetime fields are before the Ticket fields), are the Datetime times correct? If not, you can correct them there by editing the fields. If they are correct in the editor, then there may be another plugin that’s interfering with the timezone offset. In which case you can temporarily deactivate each plugin on the site, one-by-one, then check the event page each time to see when the times are correct. At that point you can let us know which plugin was interfering and we can advise further. |

You are pointing to a different section. I am referring to “Access” where the times do not match. The event date and time is correct on the place you referred me to. Please look at “access” to see the wrong time. |

How’s that correct? The times are the same in both sections. For example, under “Access” for the General Admission ticket, it has this: https://slack-files.com/T02SY781D-FNWBTPSQG-7050e6c1ee which matches the times exactly in the other section. https://slack-files.com/T02SY781D-FNPHT72BB-60f0076c3d Please advise. |

How do I remove this section from my ticket since the time is not necessary on this form? Do you plan on fixing this bug |
This isn’t a bug that we can fix on our end. It appears something on your site is switching timezones. Do the times display correctly if all other plugins are deactivated? |

I don’t have any other plug in with date or time on them. |
That’s actually not relevant. Other plugins can (and sometimes do) set the server’s timezone and that will result in the times of the event having an incorrect offset when displayed. See also: If you find that deactivating all other plugins doesn’t correct the times that are displayed, then the next place to check is the active WordPress theme. |
