Easy way to edit messages?

Hello,

I was wondering if there was an easy way to edit the messages sent out to clients who purchase a ticket. I saw the messages screen to edit, however, it is very confusing when you want to edit it.

Hi Alexander,

That can be changed through the messages system. Could you share a screenshot of the specific message type that you are trying to edit?
