early registration attendees who pay late

I have 4 registrants for an upcoming event that registered within the early registration period (special discounted price on early registration tickets) but they haven’t paid for the tickets yet and the early registration window has closed.

Will event espresso change the amount due to the late registration fee even though they registered with the early fee?

Hi there,

No, Event Espresso will not change their ticket price automatically.

You have a couple of options for this, the first is to cancel their original registrations so they can no longer complete those and then have then re-register onto the event on the ‘new’ ticket with the ‘correct’ price.

Or, you can use the attendee mover add-on to ‘move’ the registrations onto the correct ticket and send them a payment email to complete (The attendee mover will automatically cancel the ‘original’ registrations and create new ones on the new ticket for the attendee).
