Early Bird Price Modifier

Hi,
I’ve noticed that abandoned registrations retain modifiers discounts after the modifier is deleted. For example, a person who tried to register for the event before early bird deadline, but doesn’t pay, gets early bird prices after deadline by following abandoned registration link.
How can I make sure that abandoned registration prices get updated once discounts expire?

Hi,

You could cancel their registration, where they would then need to register again at the new price.

Alternatively, you could set up two tickets, the first ticket, with no modifier, with a lower price that’s set to end its sale on a specific date. Then the other ticket to go on sale on that same date when the discounts expire. This way the discounted price will automatically expire.

Then, any unpaid registrations can be moved to the current price by using the Attendee Mover add-on.
