We create an event with 2000 ticket available, when early bird end we have to manually configure the regular ticket with the extra ticket not sold in early bird:
example, we have 100 ticket for entry i sell 300 in early bird so i have to configurate manually the available 70 in a new regular ticket.
Is there an automatic way to set a total number of ticket that is a sum of early+regular??
we don’t want limitate the possibility to sell in early bird, is possible to sell all ticket in early bird.

Hi easynetwork,
You can set the Datetime’s Reg limit field to your limit, and leave the Ticket QTY fields blank. The Datetime Reg limit field will limit the total number of tickets to that amount.

Thank for your answer, this is ok for the entry ticket of event.
I have the same problem with the accessory services ticket for the event like lunch and bed.
In this case isn’t possible to set a quantity limit for a datetime.
How can i do?

You can set a QTY limit for the accessory services tickets, but technically since lunch is akin to a datetime (lunch has a start and end time), it may be best to set up a datetime for the lunch ticket.

i try to explain with an example:
I decide to sell 100 ticket and 100 lunch.
in early bird i sell 60 entry and 60 lunch.
the first day after early bird is possible to buy only 40 entry (because of the time limit in the entry ticket) but the counter for the lunch i have to reconfigurate manually the total number with the available ticket (40) before starting the normal sell
Is there an automatic way to do this?
