e ticket not ben received

I bought a ticket from my site to test out a ticket and the e ticket never arrived. Can you advise when it will come or do I need to hit a setting to make that happen. Also – when I go through the purchase process it asks me to select the method of payment but the Stripe logo is not there – just the clock button with a ? mark next to it.
