E-Mails are not received

After we changed the language settings, we (operator) and the attendees didn´t get an automatically E-Mail after the registration is finalized anymore.

How can we solve this problem?

Hi there,

If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Message activity

Do you see you message listed there?
If so, what colour ‘status bar’ do they have? (The bar to the left of each message)

Hi Tony,

I don´t see the message listed there.
Only the Messages after we accepted the Registrations are shown with the ‘sent bar’…

In what way are you accepting the registrations to trigger the emails?

If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Settings

Look in the email section, does it look like this – http://take.ms/3WUsu

You mentioned this started happening after you changed the language settings, looking at your site it looks like you are using WPML, is that correct?

What exactly did you change when this stopped working?
