Hello,

is it possible to send an automativ e-mail if a registration is “not approved”?

Hi there,

When the event is set to use the ‘Not Approved’ status and the user completes a registration the ‘Primary Registrant’ should receive an email by default.

If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default Message Templates.

Find the ‘Not Approve message type in the list, does it look like this – http://take.ms/TaDxq
