We have been getting duplicate registration emails on some people. They are only showing up once in the attendee list in Event Espresso. The duplicate emails have the same registration numbers. They are identical except the ship time is one minute apart. This does not happen to all those who register. I don’t see any clues as to why this happens. Any ideas?
I recommend installing the PostMark/Mandrill add-on which will replace the default wp_mail() function so that WordPress (and any other plugins that use that function) send emails through the Postmark/Mandrill service rather than your server’s email service. It will allow you to see the email transactions that go out from your site and help you diagnose any problems that may be happening.
