Hello team, my sinciere appologies but i was called away on business after submitting my previous post about having duplicate system generated form fields and was unable to respond in a timely manner. Here is the link from my original post: https://eventespresso.com/topic/duplicate-registration-form-fields/ I think the solution is way over my head and I was wondering if this is something I could contract your team to do? Here is the screenshot as requested: |

Hi there, Yes, this should be something we can fix if you’d like to purchase a support token: https://eventespresso.com/product/premium-support-token/ We’ll need access to both the site and database to fix this, which host are you using? Some allow you to add ‘collaborators’ onto your account who can then access your control panel. |

Hey Tony, thanks for the reply. I think we already have one? I have the annual Everything license or is this separate? Either way, I need you so please let me know how to proceed. I am currently using Bluehost for hosting |

Hi Chris, You do have a support license but this wouldn’t be covered under regular support as we’ll need to manually fix the database after it’s been messed up from an incorrect migration. I posted some steps in your previous thread to investigate this a little further as we may be able to fix it using a snippet of code. However, a database backup must be made before you move forward as we don’t know how much has been messed up. If you aren’t comfortable creating a database backup then (without coming across the wrong way) you likely won’t be comfortable with any of the additional steps in fixing this so will need either myself or another developer to do this for you. I can take a quick look over the database to see how much will be involved with this beforehand if preferred? However, to do that I’ll need access to your control panel which you can send details for using this form: https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/ I don’t think Bluehost have a collaboration feature and if you aren’t comfortable providing access to your account (which is totally understandable) then the other option is to send me a copy of a database backup but that loops back to the above 🙂 |
